We want to give every customer the time they deserve so we ask that you watch for our call inside a 1 hour window and answer any private numbers. There is NO NEED to wait for your normal store to have an opening. Any store can access your account history.
IF YOU ARE BOOKING A TIME SLOT AFTER 6pm WE WILL LIKELY BE CALLING YOU SOONER THAN YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME BUT WILL BEFORE 9pm even if your time slot is after 9pm. We have done this to allow more customers to book time slots rather than waiting until the next day
